Mr. Irfan (心理學醫生、詩詞作家) 來自土耳其。2020於香港出版第七本詩集《Year of Sorrow》 。家族四代人合共107年，在土耳其經營橄欖油及乾果、杏仁買賣生意，是當地名副其實的老字號。「我相信很多人都知道土耳其有悠久而豐富的歷史和文化，在食品方面，亦盛產非常天然的乾果和杏仁等，我們希望可以將這些好的食物分享給香港人。」

Mr. Irfan is from Turkey, has been staying in Hong Kong for three years. The four generations of the family have a total of 107 years of business on olive oil, dried fruits, and almonds in Turkey. "I believe many people know that Turkey is a cultural country with a long history. In terms of food, it also produces very natural dried fruits and almonds. We hope to share these good foods with Hong Kong people."
